By accessing and using BR Financials services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

BR Financials provides professional bookkeeping and financial services including but not limited to:

• Daily bookkeeping and transaction recording
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Tax preparation and planning
• Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) specialized accounting
• Payroll services
• Account reconciliation

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information
• Submit required documents in a timely manner
• Pay fees according to the agreed schedule
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your business

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Your financial data is protected with bank-level security and will never be shared with unauthorized parties. We comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. We accept various payment methods as outlined in your client portal.

6. Limitation of Liability

BR Financials provides professional services with due care and diligence. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all client records and assist with transition to new service providers as needed.
